History

Ushtobe (from Kazakh - "three mointains") is the centre of Karatal region, Almaty area.

-23/05/1944-decision of Kaz SSR opened an Experimental Mechanical Repair Factory

-mid -60s -created Ushtobe Yurt factory (the onle one  factory in Post Soviet space)

Growing rice, wheat, vegetables and well-developed animal husbandry is the backbone of Ushobe's agricultural sector.

Kayaking
